Film Festival Success

Our 4th annual Skyway Film Festival was a great success! with around 75 in attendance throughout the night it looks like we have officially outgrown our humble studio! Next year we should look forward to a larger venue and a possible Alumni Festival as well!

The big winner for the night was Cade Lirocchi’s “A Wolf at My Door” a great thriller horror film that had our audience on edge all night!
James Reynov placed a very close second place throughout most categories for his first film “cLOVEs” a vampire love story.
Dereck Hoekstra astounded everyone with his work in three amazing documentaries this year, as well as being a constant mentor and example to everyone in the department he was awarded the Outstanding Filmmaker award this year.

Thank you to all of our judges this year.  This year the films were judges by 5 individualy with a range on industry experience.
